Miguel was busted last month in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI, and now the Grammy-winning singer has been officially charged with 2 counts of drunk driving, TMZ reports.
The California-born recording artist was initially stopped on August 15 for excessively dark tint on the windows of his Beamer, and during the stop, cops immediately suspected Miguel had been drinking.
Cops say Miguel was cooperative during the stop and that he blew a .10 -- .02 above the legal limit in Cali.
His case is scheduled to go before a judge sometime next week.
