People's sex lives usually don't turn criminal, but a woman in Florida is currently in trouble after continuing to use a sex toy on her girlfriend even after she was told to stop.
Mia McCarthy, who considers herself a "sadomasochist", was arrested for sexual battery on Wednesday, and is being held on $50,000 bond. She's also charged with allegedly strangling the same girlfriend last month.
Mia says her and her partner frequently "enjoy rough sex together which sometimes leaves marks." They failed to use "safe words," and Mia claims that "no means yes" with them.
McCarthy did claim she apologized to her girlfriend after for hurting her.
