Despite reports claiming that Akon was discriminating against dark-skinned models for his music video shoot in Ghana, he denies there being any truth to that. While approaching the Bootsy Bellows nightclub in West Hollywood, Akon laughed when he was asked about his thoughts regarding the alleged discrimination.
"That doesn't even make any sense," he said after chuckling. The reporter then asked him, "so it's not true?" to which Akon responded, "absolutely not."
