Method Man co-stars on a new TV show called "Chozen" which chronicles a gay white rapper who is adjusting to life after being released from prison. It feature voices by Method Man and Nick Swardson, among others. The show is chock-full of raunchy and ridiculous humor, while poking fun at the polarizing subject of homophobia within hip-hop. But Method Man is saying the show has a lot of critics.

Method Man recently took to his Twitter account to lash out against the criticism. In his string of tweets, which were published during the week, Method Man said that he doesn't care about anyone's opinion of a show they have not seen yet, noting that the program is slated to premiere January 13 on FX.

Method Man states that he did not go on the show "Chozen" for money, but as a favor for a friend. Method Man says he is paid between $1,500-2,000 per episode. "It was a favor," Method Man says. According to Method Man, he did the work for free at first, only confirming that he was paid after "the show got picked up" by FX.

Meth went on in critics, citing that it's a "f**kin cartoon" and says the haters are the same people who cheer for Omar Little of "The Wire" who is a homosexual stickup man. "So f**k off wit all that it hurts hip-hop bs only thing hurtin hip hop is u self loathing over opinionated wannabe thug a** ni**as..smh."
