Pharrell Williams has a lot to be "happy" about as he's taking Usher's spot on the hit music competition show "The Voice" this fall. Unfortunately for the super-producer, there may be a bit of a problem with him accepting the position, namely a fresh lawsuit being filed against the "Marilyn Monroe" singer for backing out of his YouTube show at the last minute.

Since late 2012, Williams has hosted ARTST TLK on YouTube where he interviewed artists such as Spike Lee, Usher and even skateboard legend Tony Hawk. When Pharrell was offerd "The Voice" he simply couldn't say no and terminated future episodes. Now the show's unnamed producer is suing Skateboard P, claiming he invested $1 million in the project and is seeking payment from Williams for canceling.

Williams' representative rejects the suit as "nonsense."

Should Pharrell have to pony up for backing out of his commitment for "The Voice?" Sound off below.
