Comedian Chris Rock made his entrance into the film world 27 years ago as the parking valet in "Beverly Hills Cop 3," and of course had memorable roles in both "New Jack City" and "CB4," the latter being a parody of Hip-Hop in the early '90s. Well, it seems the kid from Brooklyn has come full circle, as his collaboration with two of the culture's biggest names, fellow Bed-Stuy native Jay Z and Chi-town's own Kanye West, will be hitting theaters sooner than later.

Jay & Yeezy co-produced the upcoming feature, "Top Five" which is directed, written and starring Rock. The movie centers around a comedian turned actor who recollects on his early experiences as an up and coming comedian. The film takes place in a 24 hour time frame, similar to HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" or Louis C.K.'s FX hit, "Louis."

"Louis C.K. is one of my good friends. I watch his show. I watch 'Curb Your Enthusiasm.' No one has done a movie like this. Just a movie about a comedian, a day in the life."

The flick will feature some of comedy's biggest names, like Tracy Morgan, Kevin Hart, J.B Smoove, Cedric the Entertainer and even Jerry Seinfeld, whose appearance Rock promises can't be missed.

"I think people are going to be surprised with Jerry. I think that's going to be the big shock of the movie. I mean, it's Jerry Seinfeld in an R-rated movie, so it's kind of like a special effect in itself. He did a little bit of it on Louie this year, where you see mean Jerry, you see realistic Jerry, kind-of-dramatic Jerry. I think Jerry's going to surprise everybody. Everybody's really good, but I think Jerry's going to be like, "Wow! Never thought I'd see that."

Rock premiered the film last week at the Toronto Film Festival; however, Paramount has yet to drop a release date.
