Ne-Yo is attempting to break the Hip-Hop/R&B mold of copping houses in the hills or condos in the sky by purchasing a simple, yet still impressive farm in the backwoods outside of Alpharetta, GA.
According to TMZ, the "She Knows" singer's new gated digs include 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sit on 2 acres of farmland and is said to have cost the superstar $520,000, which compared to a similar home in Hollywood or Manhattan, is a very, very good deal.
