St. Louis rapper Nelly just turned the big 4-0 this weekend, and his current girlfriend, Ms. Shantel Jackson, was right by his side all night as they celebrated another year of life for the "Nellyville" spitter.
Nelly showed one particular picture of his lady some extra love, as she flaunted her cakes in a tight dress for the cam.
