Justin Bieber may have been living a bit more under the radar than was the case years prior, but the Canadian sensation recently made headlines once again after debuting a brand new hair color.
In this day and age, it seems almost customary for celebrities to experiment with varying hair colors and styles. While Justin has played it safe for nearly his entire life when it comes to mixing things up with his hairdo, the young star recently stepped out to attend the West Coast Customs event in Studio City, CA., rocking a head full of freshly bleached blond hair. Justin stopped to mingle with loads of fans and even brought tears to the eyes of some of his biggest admirers.
