Last month, Ron Artest, aka Metta World Peace changed his name once again to Metta Minaj as a tribute to the Queens MC who shouted him out on her new album, The Pinkprint. While the name change only lasted two days, fans got a kick out of Metta's brief transformation, including Minaj herself, who recently spoke to his website, MettaWorldPeace.com about the NBA star's tribute, saying she was surprised he reacted in such a way.
"I thought it was hilarious, it was very shocking and I love that you have such a great sense of humor," she said. She went on to say that she'd be a lawyer and mom if she weren't an entertainer, and listed America, Trinidad, UK, France and Australia as her favorite countries to perform.
