Bobby Shmurda may catch a lucky break in the near future, as renowned "celebrity bail bondsman" Ira Judelson is reportedly preparing to put up the money to get the young Brooklyn rapper freed from Rikers Island.

Bobby has spent the past five weeks locked up in protective custody on The Island, and hasn't made a move to pay the $2 million bail to obtain his potentially brief freedom once again.  However, according to Shmurda's new lawyer, Kenneth Montgomery, Judelson is prepared to post the money needed to bail out the young star, his brother Jahvase, and co-defendants Remy and Chad Marshall as well.  Judelson has a lengthy list of celebrities whom he's bailed out in the past, including the likes of Ja Rule, Lawrence Taylor, and Plaxico Burress.

Following the hearing for Shmurda and his GS9 crew at Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, January 29th, Judelson told Bossip:

"At the end of the day, I'm their bank. I'm the one who is going to be putting up the money to secure their appearance in court.  Bobby is relying on me to put up the $2 million to get him out the door, get him back to his family and get his music career back on track."

Apparently Judelson may post Bobby's bail sometime next week.  Hopefully everything will work out for Shmurda and his crew, as they all face a slew of weapons, drugs, and conspiracy charges.
