Footwear honcho Steve Madden talked with TMZ Live over Iggy Azalea's rant against the shoe line after a few tasteless photos from her campaign floated around the web this week.

It's unclear who is seen in the campaign photos, but the Grand Hustle rapper went on a tirade the day her shoe collection was released this week. Iggy claims the photos, which feature models sitting down on inflated furniture with their legs wide open, weren't part of her creative vision for the campaign. She also called the photos disgusting and slammed Madden for releasing the photos. He tweets were later deleted and the Tumblr page that released the photos has been password protected.

During his interview with TMZ, Madden says Iggy has apologized and says he understands the pressure the "Fancy" rapper is under. In addition to her apology, Iggy also posted photos from the campaign and explained her tirade.

"For the record: I absolutely LOVE these images, they are from the shoot I directed for my Steve Madden campaign," she said on Instagram on Thursday. " I'm incredibly proud of the shoes we've made together, as well as these images that I've been anxiously waiting to share with you all. What I had a "rant" about on Twitter isn't in regards to these pictures, it was about another, different set of images i wasn't a part of creating that I felt weren't reflective of my vision and direction for the collection. I'm an artist and I'm extremely passionate and emotional and crazy sometimes because I care [a lot] about this s***! I love Steve and he gets it! Artists clash sometimes, it doesn't mean I dislike the brand. I love Steve Madden as an individual and as a company."

When asked if he would work with the 24-year-old again, Madden hesitates before revealing his answer. See what he had to say about Iggy and T.I.'s thoughts on her rants above.
