Hey, Neighbor! Chris Brown Eager to Move Baby Mama to L.A.

The world was shocked when TMZ revealed that global superstar Chris Brown fathered a child with Nia Guzman, a 31-year old woman from Houston, TX.

Now, according to the gossip site Brown is interested in moving Guzman to the Hollywood Hills, so that he can be closer to his 9-month-old daughter, Royalty. Although Chris has spent sporadic time with his daughter, he yearns to eliminate the 1,372 miles that currently separates them.

TMZ reports that Chris has encouraged Nia to make the move to Los Angeles by offering to pay for her housing. Brown and Guzman are no longer sleeping together; he is genuinely interested in becoming a great father to his daughter and wants to see Royalty daily.

Although Brown and Guzman are entrenched in negotiations to solidify formal child support payments, Chris is currently paying more than what's required by law. The "Next To You" singer has told Nia that if she moves to L.A. he will continue to pay the extra amount plus she'll receive a place to live.
