Over the past couple of years, celebrity boxing matches have been a way for famous faces to either let off some steam for charity or actually pummel someone they really have beef with. Rumored bouts between Soulja Boy & Gillie The Kid, Love & Hip Hop's Stevie J & Nikko and others have come and gone, but there's a new proposition on the table for two Cali rappers whose longstanding beef actually has them in litigation right now.

Damon Feldman, owner of Celebrity Boxing, is offering up an impressive $100,000 to the winner of a throwdown between 40 Glocc and The Game. This comes almost three years after Game recorded himself fighting with 40 in Los Angeles, an altercation in which 40 claims he was jumped for 20 minutes. Feldman recently posted the unsigned contract to his Twitter account, clearly stating that the winner will walk away with $100k and the loser with $10,000 for their participation.

"I came up with this on my own," says Feldman, while also admitting that he's been in contact with 40 Glocc about the proposition. According to Feldman, Glocc has verbally agreed to the bout but has yet to sign paperwork. The Game, on the other hand, hasn't agreed just yet, as Damon is in contact with one of his assistants, waiting for an official response.

If the "Or Nah" rapper is up for it, he'll have to state his intentions soon, as Feldman has given both Game and 40 until next Monday, April 6th to commit to the June 27th match in Las Vegas. In the meantime, Antoine "Hide Ya Kids" Dodson is set to spar with actor Joe Rubbo in a celeb boxing match in South Florida on May 11th.
