Despite having an extremely successful son with an estimated net worth of $20 million, Hattie Crawford Fishburne may soon be looking for a place to live.

In an interview with the New York Post, the elder Fishburne says that despite sacrificing her own retirement savings over the years to help support her son's rise to fame and fortune, he refuses to pick up the phone when she calls, and she's now dealing with an eviction notice from her landlord.

"For 20 years, I funded my son's career,'' she said. "He promised me he would take care of me. He promised me a house, a golden retriever, a calico cat. To this day, I have not got a Christmas present or a 'Thank you, Mama' present. He hasn't given me a penny."

"I'm so hurt and disappointed," she added, while also claiming she hasn't spoken with the "Black-ish" star in over a year.

Hattie, who divorced from Laurence's father when the kid was young, raised him as a single mother in Brooklyn while working as a teacher. Now she says her pension and Social Security benefits aren't enough to cover her $1,500-per-month rent plus food and clothing. She also has health problems stemming from arthritis, high cholesterol, and a lingering injury from a car accident.

"I can't buy food, clothing and shelter, go to the theater," she said.

Laurence is currently in Toronto shooting "Hannibal" and couldn't be reached by The Post for comment.
