The "BBHMM" singer took to Instagram this morning to show off her new gangsta grill that also happens to be a lip piercing. She introduced the grill as her "new b*tch" and gave props to Dolly Cohen, who specializes in unique grill pieces, having also created pieces for Madonna and A$AP Rocky.
