Young Thug has continued to make plenty of switch-ups with his new projects, including the release date behind his debut album.

According to Pigeons and Planes, the rapper's debut album titled Hy!£UN35, will be released on August 28. It was also recently announced that the rapper's latest release, Barter 6, was in fact a mixtape. Lyor Cohen, co-head of 300 Entertainment with Kevin Liles, released a statement on Thugger's projects and the rapper's lasting power.

"300 Entertainment recording artist Young Thug has announced the release of his new mixtape, BARTER 6," the press release reads. "The collection, which marks the rapper's first solo outing in more than two years, is available now at all digital retailers. Hy!£UN35, Young Thug's long awaited debut album, arrives at last on August 28th. 300 is proud to present Young Thug! We believe he is a unique artist who will have a special place in the future of hip hop."

His album, which is pronounced "Hi Tunes," was a name the rapper hinted about via Twitter in 2013. The rapper's Barter 6 mixtape is filled with appearances from his Cash Money family like Birdman and Jaquees. He also released visuals for the single, "Constantly Hating" with Birdman this weekend.
