Inspired or ripped off?
Famed fashion photographer David LaChapelle is suing Rihanna, claiming her "S&M" video stole "composition, total concept, feel, tone, mood, theme, colors, props, settings, decors, wardrobe and lighting" from his photos according to Reuters. The video, which is already banned in 11 countries for it's racy content, bare a striking resemblance to LaChapelle's photographs, and he is preparing to sue for an undisclosed amount.
