Jalen Rose let NBA fans in on a shocking secret during one of his recent "Rose Report" podcasts. He warned fans that when playing basketball, you should never, ever, stick your foot under an opposing player after contesting his jumpsuit so that he lands on your foot. Of course, after explaining that the player could wind up with a broken or sprained ankle, Jalen admitted to doing this himself at the pro level.

In the 2000 NBA Finals, Rose made a questionable decision when he stuck his foot under a jumpshooting Kobe Bryant in Game 2. Bryant was dominating, and ROse didn't know how to stop him. When Bryant came down on Rose's foot, he was forced to leave the game.

"I think I did it on purpose," admitted Jalen Rose. "I can't say it was an accident."

Despite his best efforts, karma came back to bite Rose as he ended up losing the series.
