In a great new interview with Shaheem Reid, Hip Hop legend Busta Rhymes reminisced about his days in Leaders Of The New School, the environment rap was in when he started, and the reason they were whispering so low on the beginning of Busta's song "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See." Apparently, Busta and company were making fun of Diddy!

If you can remember, Puffy used to whisper things throughout different Bad Boy songs, almost inaudibly. Busta says his "Flip Mode" and "Bussa Buss" whispers at the beginning of the song were playful jabs and a kind of homage to Diddy. Check out Busta's interview above.
