Jay Z made an appearance on Bill Maher's "Real Time" recently to share his insights on the effectiveness of police in society today.  The specific topic surrounded the highly controversial "Stop and Frisk" searches that are happening so often to Black men in America that it's become a nationwide issue of racial profiling.  Jay Z and the other guests on Bill's show debated whether or not there should be more police actively working in areas of higher crime; specifically in NYC, where the murder rate is at a 100-year low.

Here's what Jay Z had to say:

"I don't really want to scare America...but the real problem is there's no middle class. So the gap between the have and have nots is getting wider and wider. It's going to be a problem that no amount of police can solve, because once you have that oppression and that gap is widening, this is inevitable that something is going to happen."

Do you agree with his views?
