It's been almost ten years since Karrine "Superhead" Steffans was sleeping her way to the top of the Hip Hop universe, but people still seem to be interested in her story. Four years ago, DJ Vlad produced the documentary "Kiss and Tail: The Hollywood Jumpoff," which revealed to viewers the full scope of her rap influence. It was picked up by Showtime, and the rest is history.
