KRS-One took it back to the late 80's and early 90's when he and his protege MC Funky J exchanged words over the phone recently. From what could be heard from the audio, MC Funky J's van was recently stolen, and he left a note on KRS' front door stating that if KRS had anything to do with his vehicle going missing that there would be a major problem. KRS took Funk J leaving the note on his door as a major sign of disrespect and went ballistic over the phone, threatening to take his life in all sorts of ways.
Funky J recorded their phone conversation and released it to news outlets. Things might continue to heat up between them as KRS ended the conversation with a firm threat. Check out the wild verbal lashing above.
