VladTV recently caught up with the gorgeous rising star, Tinashe, and spoke to her about her new song "2 On." Tinashe explained the meaning behind the phrase, and how she believes "2 On" is going to be the new phrase to replace "turn up."
"'2 On' is the new 'turn up,'" she told VladTV cameras. "So, we're killing 'turn up,' and we're starting '2 On.'"
She went on to explain how she came to work on the song with Schoolboy Q, even though they were never able to officially lock in studio time together. She concluded the interview by singing a portion of the song for her expanding fanbase.
