Quincy Jones worked on some of Michael Jackson's most revered albums, including Thriller, but doesn't approve of his newest album Xscape. Speaking to Canadian radio station CBC, Quincy said that everyone connected with Jackson is after money.
"They're trying to make money. And I understand it. Everybody's after money -- the estate, the lawyers. It's about money," he said, adding that the new music bothered him, "but it's not my business anymore. They're not our business."
He also spoke about selling Vibe magazine to Spin Media ten years after founding the magazine, "Vibe was a disaster. I let it be in the hands of somebody else. That doesn't work. It was terrible."
