According to reports from TMZ, the always entertaining Shaquille O'Neal sold his 3,904-square-foot Orlando, Florida mansion, for the incredible amount of $10.  He apparently signed the trustee's deed in California on March 6, 2014, to a man named Yves Paul Demesmin.

Shaq's former property features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The former NBA great originally purchased the home in 2012 for $235k.

It's unclear why Shaq decided to basically give away his home for free to Demesmin, a Haitian businessman who owns a tax company in Orlando.  Maybe he hooked Shaq up with some good financial advice and the big man is just repaying the favor.

Don't you wish you could get lucky with a deal like this?
