Joell Ortiz sat down with VladTV to discuss his new album, House Slippers, and says that the entire process was very therapeutic for him. The Slaughterhouse rapper explains that he abstained from drugs and alcohol during the recording, leaving him with a different, less clouded mindset. 

When asked about the R&B-like cover for the project, Joell says that he chose something softer in order to get people talking.
