Cam'ron has always been brutally honest, and one 13-year-old girl who believed the rapper was her uncle learned that firsthand.
According to Cam, the girl has hit him up for $20-$30 every time she saw him, because her mother told her the Dipset rapper was her uncle. Fed up with the situation, Cam'ron told the girl that her mom was a groupie back in the day, and added that they're not related.
