President Barack Obama sat down with YouTube personality Glozell Green where she shared that her husband is mad at her for cutting the hoods off of all of his hoodies as a means to protect him from police who may fear him otherwise. She also told the President that she has several members of her family that are in law enforcement, and with that being said, still fears for her family members' lives.

Obama addressed her concerns by first saying that there are actually good cops out there doing their jobs, and that all cops shouldn't be prosecuted for the actions of some. However, he does acknowledge that there are biases in our society and that many black men are perceived to be older and more threatening than they actually are. Obama suggested that police have more training that would address their biases so that that particular issue can be taken care of before cops hit the streets.

Listen to the President's take on police brutality and plans to improve above. Do you think Obama's ideas could be effective if fully implemented?
