An Arlington, Texas, woman survived a kidnapping-robbery plot last week after a man forced her into her trunk as she was taking money from a Wells Fargo ATM.
According to My San Antonio, the woman was at the ATM on Jan. 14 around 3 a.m. taking money out when she was approached by the robber. The suspect ordered her to take money out of her account at gunpoint and later ordered her to get in the trunk of her own car. He also drove around to other banks and ordered the woman to take more money out of her account. He left the car at a market in Euless and the woman was able to escape and call the police.
