Authorities confirmed Sunday (3/1) night that LAPD officers shot and killed a homeless man on skid row during a struggle over an officer's weapons earlier in the day.

Officers were initially responding to a 911 call reporting a possible robbery. Officers claim they "approached the man and made contact with him," at which point he began "fighting and resisting officers."

You can see at least four police officers attempting to restrain the man, who is eventually forced to the ground. The cops can be heard tasing the victim, a move officers would later call "ineffective." While continuing to struggle with him, one officer pulls back and fires 5 shots at point-blank range. Those filming the incident then call out the cops for killing the homeless man, with one pointing out that it was the African-American officer who pulled the trigger. Police have yet to identify the deceased.
