Karrine Steffans sat down with VladTV and detailed her friendship with Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy, since the two were once rumored to be dating. Steffans claims that her friendship with Soulja Boy is purely platonic, as she still sees him as a kid. The author states she loves to hang out with Soulja because of his youthful energy.
"If I was having a really grown-up day, like sometimes being a grown-up is just hard, you know? I'd be like 'Just send me an UBER, let's go do something crazy, let's go do something stupid,' and he's good for that, you know what I mean? I would just have those days where I just want to be silly, and he's good for that."
She clearly claims that they never had a sexual relationship, and shares her dislike of him calling her "his ex" on Love & Hip Hop, because in her mind they were never a couple. She goes on to share that she's not speaking to the "Crank Dat" rapper at the moment because of his habit of lying about his relationships, which she considers to be very childish.
