Kendrick Lamar lets the world know the true definition of "Kunta" during his special behind the scenes video for his latest visual, "King Kunta."

The short behind-the-scenes clip, which was shot by TDE's Christian San Jose, shows directors The Lil Homies and Director X, as they film video with fans and friends of the rapper on the streets of Compton. The behind the scenes visuals serve as a video on its own, as "Kunta" is broken down to various meanings like strength, power, unity and togetherness.

With the video wrapping up in a day, the film takes the audience to the rapper's old stomping grounds, a friend's childhood home, and the now closed Compton Swap Meet.

The video originally debuted in Times Square on April 1st, and was later released online. With over 10 million views and counting, the rapper's entire sophomore album is also worth celebrating. To Pimp A Butterfly recently went gold, selling 519,000 copies. The album is also the first number one album with "pimp" in its title.
