Marcus Roach and Melvin Vernell Jr. are charged with attempted murder.
The Louisianan supreme court has reopened a case which involves local rapper Bruce "Beelow" Moore who was allegedly shot in front of his music & clothing store by Thrill Execs Marcus Roach & Melvin Vernell Jr.
The incident happened in 2005 and the court case started around the same time. Due to the prosecutors waiting to long the court dropped the charges in 06.
Trill Ent is home to popular rappers Lil Boosie (who is currently in prison and being charged with a separate murder) & Webbie.
