On Tuesday a Grand Jury in Georgia indicted Young Vito with the murder of Brick Squad rapper Slim Dunkin in December 2011.
Vito, born Vinson Hardimon, was charged with murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. As the case has went further it's thought that Vito and Slim were fighting over studio time and the argument escalated when Vito opened fire.
A trial date has yet to be set for Vito.
