As the Trayvon Martin case intensifies, there seems to have been another fatal shooting of an African-American male which received far less scrutiny.
68-year-old Kenneth Chamberlain was a Marine veteran who was fatally shot in White Plains, NY, by police who responded to a false alarm from his medical alert pendant.
Police broke down Chamberlain's door, tasered him, and then shot him dead. Audio from the scene was recorded by the medical alert device in Chamberlain's apartment.
