Pauly D and his baby's mother are currently in the middle of a custody dispute. 25-year-old Amanda and Pauly conceived the child during an intimate, yet drunken night spent together one time in Las Vegas. Their daughter, Amabella Sophia, was born on May 15th, and while Pauly has not yet met his daughter he certainly hopes to become more involved in the future.
Pauly has filed court documents seeking some portion of custody but it is currently unclear exactly how much he has demanded. Meanwhile Amabella's mother has already demanded child support. Sources close to Pauly feel as though Amanda is using her new child as a financial "come-up." She also has another child as well.
TMZ reports that sources claim Pauly and Amanda actually "straight up hate each other."
