British TV's "Channel 4" aired a piece on porn last night, and it revealed some of the brutal realities an adult entertainer has to face. In the program, titled "Date My Porn Star," entertainer Vanessa Belmond provided the most gruesome look.
Belmond has a seven-year career in the industry as Alexa Cruz, and suffered through many diseases and injuries. She contracted chlamydia "three or four times," gonorrhea, and bacterial infections.
