Kobe Bryant revealed the official cover for Lil Wayne's 'The Carter V" on Twitter Monday night.
The rapper's favorite basketball player tweeted the album cover with the caption, "Carter V season begins #carterv."
Wayne confirmed the album cover with a tweet a few hours later. "Believe me." He tweeted with the album cover attached.
The album, presumed to be the rapper's last, doesn't have a release date as of yet but the Young Money captain has been seen in the studio with Justin Bieber and Mannie Fresh.
In an interview with MTV in March, Lil Wayne said that the final installment of the Carter series is essentially for the fans.
"I say it's different, because I'm older and wiser, and I know more things and I know more about myself now," he said. "I'm more careful about what I'm doing and trying to be more careful what I'm saying. It's awesome; it's coming together dope. I think the Wayne fans are gonna like it."
