Floyd Mayweather and his new girlfriend "Bad" Medina ran into Ms. Jackson at a pre-party event for the BET Awards in Los Angeles, and the meeting wasn't as wild as you might've expected; however, tension was still in the air. TMZ cameras caught up with Shantel prior to Floyd's entry, and asked her how she got the title of "Ms. Jackson." Aside from Jackson being her last name, Shantel credited Floyd for gifting her with the marketable title, referring to him as her "ex-significant other."
Shortly after her brief interview with TMZ, Floyd and Bad Medina walked into the venue surrounded by security. Floyd saw Ms. Jackson standing in a hallway with a female friend, and he happily waved to her and signaled for her to come say hello to him and his new lady. Despite Floyd's attempts to reel Ms. Jackson in, she ultimately brushed off his invitation and never moved from her spot. Floyd and Bad Medina eventually exited the venue without further attempts to interact with Shantel.
