Reports come out almost daily of celebrity A-listers struggling to deal with their hard partying ways. However, it's not everyday that you hear of respected elder statesmen having a hard time recovering from the nightlife -- especially the OG Denzel Washington.
Well there's a first time for everything, as TMZ reports that the veteran actor recently had to check into a rehab facility to clean his system after weeks of alcohol-fueled turning up.
According to sources, Denzel and his wife spent a good part of July on a yacht, and upon getting back to LA checked into an Orange County residence were he had professionals give him a full detox for alcohol and toxins.
Denzel also requested the services of a nutritionist, trainer, and chef. The actor has since left the facility.
