The NYPD has been searching for rapper Joe Budden since August 18th when they tweeted out a photo and profile of the Slaughterhouse MC. Budden, however, continued to tweet and go out on the town as usual, eventually deciding that today, August 27th, he'd turn himself in.
He gave his Twitter followers a heads up yesterday that he'd be turning himself in, dropping a few tongue-in-cheek lines before the big moment, and even starting his own #FreeBudden campaign.
Check out Budden's tweets leading up to him going in, and the ones he sent while in custody.
