Legal proceedings related to the 2012 altercation between 40 Glocc and Game have resumed, according to Game's Instagram and My News LA.

On Tuesday the Compton emcee posted a message on Instagram which read, "Remember that kid that would tell on everybody when you were little? He grew up." In case it wasn't clear whom Game was referring to, he captioned the post, "They call him 40 glock."

About an hour later Game took to Instagram again to share a photo of a sign that read, "QUIET PLEASE COURT IN SESSION" which appears to have been taken in the corridor of a courthouse, along with the caption, "In here gettin snitched on again...... By #YouKnowWho"

40 Glocc, however, was quick to respond and got on Twitter to fire off shots of his own. "YOU SOFT ASS FAKE BLOOD @losangellesconfidetial F*G U AINT HOT NO POLICE REPORT, NO JAIL...," he wrote before following up with a couple of more tweets calling Game a liar and claiming that he's not even in court today; tweets which were accompanied by brief videos showing 40 Glocc out and about.

40 Glocc filed suit against Game in October of 2012 in response to an altercation he got into with the "Jesus Piece" rapper outside of a Hollywood mansion earlier that year.

40 claims in the lawsuit that he was leaving a party on July 7, 2012, when he was confronted by Game, who pointed a gun at his head. He alleges he pleaded with Game not to shoot him, at which point Game allegedly tried to pistol-whip him but missed. The lawsuit claims that at this point several members of Game's entourage began beating 40 Glocc and told him that if he fought back they would "end it right now."

At least a portion of the fight was recorded and subsequently uploaded online under the title, "The Game Beats Up 40 Glocc Whilst Recording on iPhone Full Video."

Game claims he was acting in self-defense and that 40 Glocc had been threatening him for years.
