Lawsuits are becoming all too common within the past few weeks. From Birdman to the Game, notable figures in Hip-Hop have been getting served left and right, and now Glo Boy Chief Keef is next up to appear in court for his own set of legal issues.
Joey Capers - CEO of The FN Media Group - just filed a default judgment against Chief Keef and his manager, Idris "Peeda Pan" Abdul Wahid by way of Global Touring. Capers is suing Chief Keef because the rapper missed a show he was scheduled to perform at back on December 21, 2012 in Philly, and claims Keef's absence "destroyed" his business. Now Joey wants Chief Keef and his team to cough up $23,500 for not responding to the original default judgement he sent his crew back in January.
Mr. Capers has filed against Chief Keef - real name Keith Cozart - and his manager, his label Glory Boyz Entertainment, Global Touring and his uncle's management team, Uncle Ro MGMT which Keef has since departed from. View all of the exclusive court documents above.
