Lil Kim has been locked in a custody battle with rapper Mr. Papers, and the Brooklyn femcee took things to the next level by filing a lawsuit and claiming her child's father abused her. Bossip reports that Papers, born Jeremy Neil, filed for visitation rights to his 1-year-old daughter while in the presence of a court appointed supervisor.
The "How Many Licks" rapper filed her domestic abuse lawsuit after missing an appearance at a scheduled July 9 custody hearing, and a publicist for Mr. Papers told Bossip that Kim is "playing dirty" with her latest move.
Tasha Hilton told Bossip, "He's not trying to take custody, he's not trying to take her. He is literally just trying to see her. He's been trying to do it very quietly. [Lil Kim is] playing really dirty now with the domestic situation. There has never been any domestic violence."
