On September 9, 2009 Max B was sentenced to 75 years in prison after being found guilty of murder conspiracy and robbery charges. Before the "I'm Wavy" rapper was convicted he turned down a ten-year plea deal, and continues to request an appeal to this day.
Max B recently dropped a track aimed at Kanye West after 'Ye decided to rename his forthcoming album Waves. In today's throwback the imprisoned artist spits a freestyle and discusses his criminal charges, which he couldn't speak on too much due to the then-impending open case.
