Comedian and actor, Bill Cosby, is suing his sexual assault accuser, Andrea Constand, Constand's mother, her lawyer, Dolores Troiani and The National Enquirer. This will be Cosby's second lawsuit filed against one of his accusers, in which he seeks the settlement money he paid her, alleging breach-of-contract after the police reopened the case. Cosby's legal team is arguing that the former Temple University employee, who is a legal resident of Canada, had no legal duty to cooperate with police, according to Associated Press.
