Long before managing rappers 50 Cent and Foxy Brown, Black Hand Entertainment founder, Chaz "Slim" Williams, started a lengthy career in bank robbery when he was 12 years old. In an interview with DJ Vlad, Williams explains how he got caught and still managed to commit robberies in prison through the Pilot Program—where he was technically imprisoned, but released as an enrolled college student.
"Part of the plan was that we were going to be released to the Michigan area to finish school. That was a part of the whole—the Pilot Program was to reintegrate inmates to society and have them something to do positively." He explained, the program was able to help them create an alibi, so he could continue robbing banks and have money for when he was officially released, "My plan was to basically, have enough money that I wouldn't never have to commit another crime again, once I got out."
