Katt Williams and Luke Walsh, the teen he punched earlier this month, will be charged in the altercation, according to Atlanta's WSB-TV 2. The news station revealed that the comedian will be charged with disorderly conduct and a bond violation, while Walsh will be charged with disorderly conduct.
Gainesville police Capt. Kevin Holbroke told WSB-TV 2, "They both played roles in this altercation. They both should have known. You'd think Mr. Williams, (a person) of his age, would know better than to pick a fight with a 17-year-old, but they both played active roles in this case."
Williams was on bail for two prior arrests, including assaulting a pool supply employee, and for allegedly threatening to kill his bodyguard. Williams has reportedly agreed to turn himself in to police.
