The official report that closed the Death Row Records bankruptcy case is finally in and former Death Row artists are getting shafted big time. The hip hop legends that built the infamous record label were not awarded any money despite collectively selling over 50 million records. Additionally, Suge Knight filed for bankruptcy claiming over $155 million dollars were owed to him but the former label head didn’t receive a dime in the case.

TMZ reports Dr. Dre was owed $8 million, Nate Dogg was owed $5 million, Snoop Dogg was owed $2 million, and Tupac Shakur was owed $900,000. Unfortunately, none of the aforementioned artists will recoup the monies owed to them by their former label sans, Tupac via his estate.  The slain rapper’s estate will receive over $130,000 when the dust settles thanks to a claim filed by his mother Afeni Shakur who passed away less than two weeks ago.

According to TMZ, the only profiteers in the case are the lawyers representing the label and artists respectively, they were all paid $8.3 million in combined fees.
